As a real estate professional who generated $3 million in sales last year, I made a significant $415,000 purchase—accounting for 14% of Dominick's total sales for 2024. Despite my contribution, I was treated with complete disregard. During the inspection, Denisse locked the garage and denied me access to the property, making it impossible to make an informed decision. This occurred after I had already invested $13,000 in a custom sunroom and $800 on an inspection, leaving me with no practical option to walk away.
Dominick blatantly violated the code of ethics. His actions were both unprofessional and unethical. One of his most egregious lies came in an email where he claimed I “didn’t exist.” He called me ignorant and insisted I never had direct contact with Denisse. When he realized I had emails exposing his falsehoods, he completely changed his story to cover up his accusations.
The situation worsened when Denisse arrived late to the closing—so late that it had already concluded.She refused to meet me and prevent me from get the contractors Name and #
a requirement of the HOA. Her negligence could have resulted in the HOA placing a lien on my property. Afterward, Dominick insulted me, refused to provide essential repair details, and even threatened legal action if I contacted him again. This hostile behavior stemmed from my simple request for a phone number. As a client, do you want to be abused and humiliated simply because you need the contact information for a contractor to fulfill HOA requirements?
Dominick’s behavior was appalling. He treated me with disdain and hostility. This was the worst experience of my life. Now, Dominick is harassing me trying to talk to me on social media, and I just want him to leave me alone, but he won’t.
If you want to judge him by his sales ability, consider this: it took him 30 years to sell $3,000,000 worth of real estate in 2024. That’s equivalent to selling one three-family house in Queens for the entire year. He is insignificant and substandard—a joke.

"Good evening. After reviewing this matter, it appears you and I have communicated before, as you have previously made baseless threats against our company to several online media outlets. Your appraisal of our agent Denisse is not only incorrect but also misguided and ignorant. You have never had any direct dealings with her and have no right to make such insulting comments now, and for the final time. Obviously, our agent doesn’t need to acknowledge your existence based on your previous threats/conduct with our firm.
As a company, we do not have contractors that we refer to short-term rental consumers since we only handle the sales side of short-term rental properties. Please accept this as formal notice that you are to no longer contact our company, including but not limited to our agent Denisse Cortes. Any continued contact from you will be deemed harassment, and we will explore all legal options available to us.
Lastly, we caution you against making baseless threats or reviews online. There are counterclaims at our disposal, such as filing a legal action to counter your frivolous claims and suing for slander, defamation, monetary damages, civil damages, compensatory damages, loss of revenue, punitive damages, attorneys' fees, administrative fees, business interruption, profit losses, and court costs. We tried to see Denisse Cortes listing at 322 Brentwood Dr. She refused to show us the property unless we gave her a 6 month exclusive for the entire Poconos. We felt like she was blackmailing us. We had no idea who she was and didn't want to be coerced in dealing with her. We hired another agent and ended up paying $4,500 more because she didn't allow us to see her listing. Selling a home is a very stressful situation and when you make that decision you want to hire a realtor that puts you first. Your listing agent should welcome all certified buyers. It is a brokers fiduciary legal responsibility to act in the best interest of their clients, which includes being truthful and transparent This was not the case with Denisse Cortes her only concern was to sell a house not yours but anyone's house to make a commission. Her greed to make a commission exceed the commitment to sell your property. how many people like me are will to spend an extra $4,500 so they can see your home. This is a slow market and the more eyes that see your home the better the chances are of selling it at the highest price possible. Denisse made it clear that all that she cared about is her own pocket not the sellers. We tried to contact Denisse for some information and she never returned our emails. She was so late she missed the closing. We brought this up to the owner Dominick Sacci and what happen is unbelievable! Even having had numerous texts and emails with Denisse, Dominick Sacci fabricated this crazy story that we had no direct contact with Denisse and to make matters worse he told us if we ever contacted him again he would sue us for harassment. At the end of the day are you interest in how much Denisse makes or selling your home at the best price you can.
I am shocked and disappointed by Dominick's response, which is nothing more than a fabricated attempt to twist the truth.
I tried to talk to him directly, and instead, you threatened to sue me for harassment. If I don’t exist, as you claim, then why did he take the commission on my sale? He says I don’t exist, yet the money he made from me seems to be sitting comfortably in his pocket.
The only reason I was unhappy with my experience was because of your company’s actions—your lies and deceit. So yes, I hold him 100% responsible for what happened for my misery,
I stand by every detail of my experience and have the evidence to prove it, including phone records and a witness who was present during my conversations with Denisse. Dominick was not there, so how can he claim to know what transpired? His statements are baseless, manipulative, and designed to cover up his unprofessional behavior.
Denisse refused to take my business because I wouldn’t agree to a six-month exclusive agreement—plain and simple. When we confronted him with proof, he conveniently changed his story.
As a customer who brought in 14% of his claimed $3M in sales for 2024, it’s appalling to be dismissed and told I "don’t exist." This is not just disrespectful—it’s cruel.
Dominick threat to sue me if I ever contacted him again. I have not nor do I wish to. However his continued actions of constantly contacting me on social media and calling me a liar a criminal. Blaming me because I had a terrible experience which he caused. His slander and defamation of my good name is just to much. Dominick leave me ALONE! I want nothing to do with you. This a man who has 30 years of experience and all his sales combined for last year would add up to a 3 family house is this the person you want he is insignificant and his sale history is pathetic. Took him 30 years to sell a house in queens. He is a joke and should find another profession he is clueless.
