Biography
Originally from Lodz, Poland, Sylwia has resided in the Pocono Mountains since 1994. She graduated from the Pocono Mountain School District and went on to graduate from Penn State University with a dual Major in Management & International Business and German. She speaks fluent English, Polish, and German. Sylwia is an Award Winning REALTOR®. Starting with Rookie of the Year, she continues to define what a career-minded, hard-working, resourceful professional should look like. Sylwia works with a diverse group of consumers, some are buying for the first time, others are first-time landlords, some clients are cash investors and others need maximum financing with seller assistance. Sylwia enjoys the real estate industry as her sole career.
Through the preparation that Penn State afforded her, she was blessed with finding niche markets early in her career, which allows for her to focus on a referral based source of clients. Sylwia says, “I didn’t get my real estate license and wait for the phone to ring. I had a business strategy, a marketing plan, and impeccable timing. I don’t let my clients walk out of their closing without ever hearing from me again. We shared experience, I value & appreciate that.”The company that she worked for agreed with Sylwia’s satisfied clients and customers and wanted to inspire other REALTORS® to mirror Sylwia’s professionalism, they made her one of the company’s Career Coaches. Sylwia signed on to coach a REALTOR® and turned that individual into an award-winning professional as well. Sylwia enjoys giving back to her community. She has contributed time, donations, and fundraising support to organizations that include but are not limited to the American Cancer Society, Monroe County Children & Youth, and Tri-County Tots. She contributes her timely success to, “Relationship building. People are what I focus on, the house sale and/or purchase is the satellite effect. My approach to my business is clients needs first, educate and inform them on how their needs fit into the marketplace, review the options that the consumer has, and give them the information that they need to make an informed decision. I never put the deal before the client; the families that I work with know and feel that. I want satisfied clients that will tell their friends about me. I work every day and still love what I do”.
