We tried to see Denisse Cortes listing at 322 Brentwood Dr. She refused to show us the property unless we gave her a 6 month exclusive for the entire Poconos. We felt like she was blackmailing us. We had no idea who she was and didn't want to be coerced in dealing with her. We hired another agent and ended up paying $4,500 more because she didn't allow us to see her listing. Selling a home is a very stressful situation and when you make that decision you want to hire a realtor that puts you first. Your listing agent should welcome all certified buyers. It is a brokers fiduciary legal responsibility to act in the best interest of their clients, which includes being truthful and transparent This was not the case with Denisse Cortes her only concern was to sell a house not yours but anyone's house to make a commission. Her greed to make a commission exceed the commitment to sell your property. how many people like me are will to spend an extra $4,500 so they can see your home. This is a slow market and the more eyes that see your home the better the chances are of selling it at the highest price possible. Denisse made it clear that all that she cared about is her own pocket not the sellers. We tried to contact Denisse for some information and she never returned our emails. She was so late she missed the closing. We brought this up to the owner Dominick Sacci and what happen is unbelievable! Even having had numerous texts and emails with Denisse, Dominick Sacci fabricated this crazy story that we had no direct contact with Denisse and to make matters worse he told us if we ever contacted him again he would sue us for harassment. At the end of the day are you interest in how much Denisse makes or selling your home at the best price you can.
I am shocked and disappointed by Dominick's response, which is nothing more than a fabricated attempt to twist the truth.
I tried to talk to him directly, and instead, you threatened to sue me for harassment. If I don’t exist, as you claim, then why did he take the commission on my sale? He says I don’t exist, yet the money he made from me seems to be sitting comfortably in his pocket.
The only reason I was unhappy with my experience was because of your company’s actions—your lies and deceit. So yes, I hold him 100% responsible for what happened for my misery,
I stand by every detail of my experience and have the evidence to prove it, including phone records and a witness who was present during my conversations with Denisse. Dominick was not there, so how can he claim to know what transpired? His statements are baseless, manipulative, and designed to cover up his unprofessional behavior.
Denisse refused to take my business because I wouldn’t agree to a six-month exclusive agreement—plain and simple. When we confronted him with proof, he conveniently changed his story.
As a customer who brought in 14% of his claimed $3M in sales for 2024, it’s appalling to be dismissed and told I "don’t exist." This is not just disrespectful—it’s cruel.
Dominick threat to sue me if I ever contacted him again. I have not nor do I wish to. However his continued actions of constantly contacting me on social media and calling me a liar a criminal. Blaming me because I had a terrible experience which he caused. His slander and defamation of my good name is just to much. Dominick leave me ALONE! I want nothing to do with you. This a man who has 30 years of experience and all his sales combined for last year would add up to a 3 family house is this the person you want he is insignificant and his sale history is pathetic. Took him 30 years to sell a house in queens. He is a joke and should find another profession he is clueless.

We had an appointment to look at houses today 8/2/2020. We have a 2 hour plus drive. Around 9:20 our realtor, Robert Collumb, texted us saying there were possibilities of bad weather,& appointments may be canceled,& asked if we would want to reschedule. We said no,& we would leave and meet him at 12. We were now in route, delayed a bit due to the morning texting, but not by much time. Once again, we got another text , stating we need to be prompt due to Covid. Then we are 45 mins into the drive,& he sends a bother text, stating,” I don’t think I’m the realtor for you,& I’m canceling!” Obviously he did not want to show houses today, & wasted our morning! The experience was completely unprofessional!
So the proper thing to do , btw, since were running 15 minutes late, and scheduling is tight( understandable) is to say, we may not be able to see 1st appointment, but we can see the rest, no prob! Rather than texting us while we were in route and canceling! There is NO excuse for that!
We suggested just to see the development of 1st house and then the others.
