Gordon was born in Flemington NJ and raised in Allamuchy, NJ. He attended Hackettstown High School and went on to SUNY Morrisville where he graduated. Gordon then started work as a machinist apprentice and moved on to work for John Deere Construction Equipment dealers for the next 20 years. During this time he met his wife Pamela and they then moved from New Jersey to Maryland so Gordon could work in Fairfax, Virginia. They the Sayers moved to NY state so Gordon could work at another JD dealer, during the course of time Gordon ended up back at the dealer where he started in NJ.
In 1996 Gordon changed equipment lines and then worked for Case Equipment dealers for the next 8 years. In 2004 Sayer was recruited by a rental company in NJ where he is currently still working as Product Support manager. Gordon started real estate sales in 2004 and has enjoyed the many people he has been able to help buy or sell a home and looks forward to many years doing the same.
